The Historical development of nomadic education in Nigeria was traced and the role of nomadic education in rural community development was discussed which includes access to education, empowerment and capacity building, bridging the education gap in rural areas. The paper highlighted the impact of nomadic education on social and economic development in Nigeria which are: improvement in literacy rates, enhancement of livelihood opportunities, and influence of health behaviour. Challenges facing nomadic education in Nigeria were examined such as inadequate funding, inadequate instructional materials, inadequate and indiscriminate transfer of teachers, curriculum deficiency, banditry and cattle rustling, and government policy constraints. Two research objectives and two research questions guided the study. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. The target population was all the 54 Biology teachers in all the 18 public senior secondary schools in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC). The entire population constituted the sample for the study, adopting census sampling technique. Thirteen (13) items self-structured questionnaire tiled: “Utilization of Digital Tools in Teaching and Learning of Biology Questionnaire (UDTTLBQ) was used to generate data for the study. Testretest method of reliability was used to obtain the internal consistency. The reliability index was obtained through Cornbrash’s alpha (0.98). Out of the 54 questionnaires administered, 51 were returned valid, representing 94% success rate. Data collected was analysed using descriptive statistics, in the form of frequency tables and graphs. The results revealed that Google search engine and Wikipedia are major digital tools that Biology teachers utilize to facilitate the teaching and learning of Biology. Majority of Biology teachers are particularly unaware of Padlet, Socrative and Notability digital tools. Also, high cost of internet subscription and slow internet speed are major constraints to the utilization of digital tools for teaching and learning of Biology in secondary schools in Abuja Municipal Area Council. Data from different scholars and researchers in Nigeria and outside Nigeria was used in critical dissection of the problem under study. Education is the foundation and instrument for social change in any society. No nation develops educationally, economically and mentally when her young adolescents battle with suicidal ideation and suicide. According to UNICEF, one in four young Nigerian adolescents is prone to suicide, hence; need for total overhaul in the nation’s education and mental health care in order to arrest the problem. The menace of out-of- school is becoming worrisome as Nigerian policy is not yet ready to address it. This explains the reasons her educational policy is still a national discourse with undoubtedly a number of significant impediments in the last decade as it continues to struggle with implementation and assurance of quality educational policy. This paper therefore; x-rayed suicidal ideation among out-of-school adolescents in Nigeria. It also investigated the need to use education in dealing with suicidal issues from cradle of adolescence, given to the fact that suicide and suicidal ideation is common among young people especially out-of-school adolescents. Using secondary sources of data and different research views across the world, highlight was given on suicidal ideation amongst out-of- school adolescents can be tackled through comprehensive education and mental health reforms. Two research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. The study which was conducted in Abia State Nigeria, adopted correlational research design. The population for the study consists of all rural women aged 18-60 years residing in rural areas of Abia state. A sample size of 384 women from Abia State was used for the study, the sample was determined using Cochran’s formula. The research adopted a multi-stage sampling technique. A structured questionnaire constructed by the researcher was used for data collection. The instrument was validated by 3 experts from 2 from Adult and Continuing Education and 1 from Educational Measurement and Evaluation. The reliability of the instrument was established using Cronbach Alpha. The data collected for this study was analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC) for the research questions while linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The result of the analysis revealed that there exists strong positive relationship between income level, women access to basic needs and the socio-economic status of rural women in Abia State. Subsequently, there was a significant relationship between women income level, access to financial services, and the socio-economic status of rural women in Abia State. One research question and one hypothesis were formulated. Descriptive survey research was adopted for the study. The sample for the study was 1,996 respondents selected from six (6) Local Government Areas using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The instrument used for the study was 6 items titled: Training of Facilitators of Adult Basic Literacy Progreamme Questionnaire (TFABLPQ) designed by the researchers. The instrument was dully validated by three experts, two from the Department of Continuing Education and Development Studies while one from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Education (Measurement and Evaluation) unit in Enugu State University of Science and Technology. A reliability coefficient of .74 was deduced as a measure of internal consistency through the use of Cronbach Alpha Statistic. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation in testing research question while t-test statistic was used in testing hypothesis at .05 level of significance. The findings from the study revealed that facilitators are inadequately trained on effective speaking and listening skills, classroom management, innovative strategies and improvisation of literacy materials in Southern Cross River State. A sample size of 384 women from Abia State was used for the study, the sample was determined using Cochran’s formula Structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The instrument was validated by three experts. The reliability of the instrument was determined using Cronbach Alpha coefficient which yielded 0.835. The research questions were answered using mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested at 0.05 levels of significance with appropriate degree of freedom using t-test analysis. The results of the analysis revealed that women have contributed to the Community Development of Abia State, Nigeria through participation in local governance, educational initiatives, healthcare and wellness programs, environmental conservation efforts, social services, cultural and recreational activities, and mentorship/leadership roles. Furthermore, there is no significant difference in the mean scores of urban and rural women on their perception regarding was women can contribute to the Development of Abia State, Nigeria. Strategies of enhancing Women’s participation in Community Development in Abia State, Nigeria include equal opportunities to hold leadership positions, training programme women’s participation in local government, women access to microfinance loan, mentorship and vocational programmes equal access to property ownership and inheritance rights, financial literacy programs, scholarships and grants, capacity-building workshops. Finally, there is no significant difference in the mean scores of urban and rural women on their perception regarding strategies of enhancing women’s participation in Community Development in Abia State, Nigeria. Consequently, location has no significant influence on the perception of Abia state women regarding strategies of enhancing women’s participation in Community Development in Abia State, Nigeria. The instrument was face and content validated by the three experts in measurement and evaluation in the Faculty of Education, University of Calabar. The reliability estimate of the instruments was established through Split half and Kuder-Richardson 21 reliability methods. The reliability coefficient ranges from 0.73 to 0.83 which was high. Regression Analysis was the statistical analysis technique adopted to test the hypotheses under study. These statistical tools were used because of the nature of the variables involved in the study. Hypothesis was subjected to testing at .05 level of significance with relative degree of freedom. The results of the analysis revealed that, school space planning, school building design, playground planning significantly relate to students’ learning outcomes in economics in Ikom Education Zone, Cross River State. The study adopted survey research design. Three specific objectives, research questions and Hypotheses guided the study. A population of 2176 male and female Agricultural Science teachers at Upper Basic School, made up of 937 male teachers and 1239 female teachers was used. The sample for this study was 253 Agricultural teachers which comprised 113 male teachers and 240 female teachers. Multi stage sampling procedure was used. The instruments for data collection were a 15-item researcher’s developed questionnaire titled: Technology-Based Practices in Upper Basic Schools’ Agricultural Science Questionnaire (TBPUBSASQ). The reliability of the instruments was determined using Cronbach alpha statistic which yielded an overall index value of .745. Mean values were used to analyze research questions, standard deviation measured data dispersion and a t-test examined null hypotheses at a 0.05 significance level. The results showed among others that teachers' use of classroom management systems, educational apps and technology-based practices influenced the teaching of Agricultural science Education in Upper Basic Schools in Abia State. Two research hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. A survey research design was adopted for this study. The population consisted of Economics Education students in University of Calabar in Cross River State, Nigeria. The population was 100 economic students from University of Calabar. A 20-item questionnaire designed on a four-point Likert scale titled: Information and Communication Technology on Students’ Academic Achievement in Economics Education Questionnaire (ICTSAAEEQ) was used to derive information from the respondents. The validity of the instrument was determined by experts from educational management, test and measurement, and evaluation. Cronbach alpha reliability method was used to establish the reliability of the research instrument. Pearson product moment coefficient correlation analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The entire hypotheses were tested at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings revealed a significant correlation between integration and the use of ICT tools and students' academic achievement in economic education, highlighting the transformative potentials of ICT in enhancing educational outcomes. This study demonstrated that ICT has a positive impact on the academic achievement of Economics Education students in the University of Calabar Cross River State. However, the effectiveness of ICT adoption among university lecturers in Nigeria is hindered by inadequate ICT literacy. This study investigates andragogical application of ICT literacy for improved job productivity among lecturers in Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri. Despite the growing importance of ICT literacy in higher education, many lecturers struggle to effectively integrate technology into their teaching practices. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining survey data from 50 AIFUE lecturers with in-depth interviews from 20 participants. The study identified key factors that will help improve ICT. Results show a significant positive relationship between andragogical application of ICT literacy and job performance, with lecturers who received andragogical ICT training exhibiting improved teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and overall job satisfaction. The questionnaire titled: School Library and Internet Usage on Academic Achievement of Students Questionnaire (SLIUAASQ) was used for data collection. The face and content validity were established by three experts, one from the Department of Measurement and Evaluation and two from the department of Social Science Education in Faculty of Education, University of Calabar. Cronbach alpha reliability method coefficient ranges from .69 to .75. mean and standard deviation was adopted to test the hypothesis. The hypothesis was tested at .05 level of significance. The result of the analysis revealed that provision, access to and utilization of school libraries and internet services is a positive catalyst in higher institutions especially in University of Calabar.
