AN OVERVIEW OF THE APPLICATION OF MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES (MBO) AND ITS IMPLICATION FOR ADULT EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION IN NIGERIA

Abstract

This paper x-rayed the main objectives of management in an organizational setting in achieving resources availabilities to achieve organizational goals. It showcase the employers and employees when achieved leads to efficient working environment to actualize organizational objective in promoting job satisfaction and reachness of employees to work in good harmony with employers to achieve organizational set goals. The researcher discusses the sets to fellow in management by objective, benefits and the implications and way forward to achieve company or organizational set policy implementation plans to turn around the desired goals of the company. Some conclusions were made such as effective and efficient monitoring and evaluation of organizational setting for proper feedback to achieve results the organization is set up to achieve
